Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on June 27 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 126 "An Act relating to the                                                                            
         State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers,                                                                 
         and Land Surveyors; relating to architects, engineers,                                                                 
         land surveyors, and landscape architects; and
